Ingredientes:
- Un paquete de galletas marías
- Una barra de mantequilla derretida
- Una lata de lechera
- Una lata de carnation clavel
- El jugo de 10 limones
Procedimiento:
Se muelen las galletas en la licuadora, se ponen en un molde y se le echa la mantequilla derretida encima para formar una pasta, que se va a colocar uniformemente en el refractario para crear la base del pay.
En la licuadora, se pone la leche carnation, la lechera y el jugo de los limones, se licua hasta que quede bien homogeneizada la mezcla y se vacía encima de la costra.
Refrigerar mínimo 2 horas.
Tip: si se desea, se puede meter en el congelador.
