- sal y pimienta
PREPARACION:
Cortamos los bistecs en cuadros y los ponemos en un sarten con aceite, salpimentamos y revolvemos bien, ya que la carne comience a soltar su jugo, le ponemos los nopalitos y los elotes, mezclamos bien todo, si les gusta mas doradita la carne, bajan la flama para que se seque el jugo y se dore un poquito mas, pueden servirla acompañada de un arroz ;) .
